Dès le 01.03.2007, des interdictions de circuler peuvent être promulguées dans des zones écologiques des villes et communes situées en Allemagne. La condition préalable consiste en le fait que celles-ci aient été marquées comme zones écologiques par la ville ou la commune.
Les zones particulièrement menacées par les particules fines doivent être indiquées comme „zones écologiques“ à l’aide du panneau 270.1. Un panneau supplémentaire nécessaire à cet effet détermine alors quels véhicules y ont accès avec quelles couleurs de pastille écologique. La fin de la zone écologique est marquée par le panneau 270.2.
Les véhicules dépourvus d’une pastille écologique ne peuvent pas traverser la zone écologique, les conducteurs risquant alors de se voir infliger une amende de 40,00 € et un point à Flensbourg, même si le véhicule en avait l’autorisation en raison de ces valeurs d’émission. Ceci vaut aussi pour tous les véhicules immatriculés à l’étranger, comme les voitures particulières, les camions et les bus, non seulement pour les voyageurs d’affaires mais aussi les touristes.
Pour cette raison, il est conseillé à tous les automobilistes de s’informer sur la pastille écologique et de l’acquérir à temps, dans la mesure où ils désirent entrer dans les zones écologiques de plus en plus nombreuses dans les prochains mois et les prochaines années à partir du 01.01.2008.

Given the fact that such information is provided neither in a central nor, in our opinion, in a sufficient way by public authorities in Europe and the respective countries, we inform hereto for free on our websites.
We cover our expenditures and staff expenses as well as the substantial costs related to the maintenance of up to 35 different foreign websites with the purchase of environmental badges for private persons and enterprises.
